NEW CEO: Here’s an interesting tidbit I found online, the California Children’s Hospital Association has named Lucinda “Cindy” Ehnes as its new president and CEO. What does that have to do with Loma Linda? Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital is a member of the association. According to the story from The San Francisco Business Times, the organization’s members come from all over Southern California. Ehnes succeeds Diana Dooley, who left to take a post in Governor Jerry Brown's administration, according to the article.

PUBLIC MEETING: The Parks, Recreation and Beautification Committee is scheduled to meet tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the Loma Linda Civic Center’s Community room, 25541 Barton Road.
