NICE DAY: The National Weather Service did not have much to say about our weather today, unlike the coast that is facing high surf advisory. For Loma Linda, the weather should be mostly sunny with a high near 76 degrees. Tonight forecasters say there will be patchy fog after 11 p.m. Otherwise, partly cloudy with a low around 52 degrees. Winds could gust as high as 20 miles per hour.

BUDGET TALKS: The proposed City of Redlands budget is available online, officials said. Hard copies are available for review at the A.K. Smiley Public Library. The City Council will hear a presentation and consider adoption of the budget at a special session tonight at 4.
