Loma Linda's Hungry Survive with Help From Bryn Mawr Residents

Community leader Fred Ramos provides foods to hundreds of financially disadvantaged families.

The Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino's Loma Linda-based food giveaway had only been open half an hour but it was already swarmed.

Inside a small room at the Loma Linda Romanian Seventh-day Adventist Church, several tables were loaded with grocery bags, each stuffed with food and drink.

In the middle of the rush is Fred Ramos, giveaway coordinator and member of St. Joseph The Worker Catholic Church.
