Redlands-Loma Linda Area Had 87 Aug. Foreclosure Properties: RealtyTrac

San Bernardino County ranked third-highest in California in August for default notices, auction sale notices, and bank repossessions, according to Irvine-based RealtyTrac.

There were 87 foreclosure properties in Redlands and Loma Linda zip code areas in the month of August 2012, according to records compiled by RealtyTrac.

The August total was down from 109 the previous month in Redlands and Loma Linda zip code areas.

In Redlands zip codes 92373 and 92374, there were 71 foreclosure properties, or one in every 406 housing units, and in Loma Linda zip code 92354 there were 16 foreclosure properties, or one in every 537 housing units, in August, according to RealtyTrac.

California was number one in the nation for foreclosure activity counts in August, with 40,200, or one in every 340 housing units, according to RealtyTrac.
