There must be a large amount of shadow inventory out there because there are so few REO properties listing in the MLS. Investors are fighting for foreclosure properties at the auctions and courthouse steps. This creates a large number of sales that never make it on to the market for the average consumer who typically can not pay all cash required by auctions. There are getting to be many more standard sale properties that are reasonably priced, but my buyers really have to get in there and fight for them. It really is time to buy for everyone who can because of the current super low interest rates. Ken Hunter Re/Max Advantage Redlands 909-744-7822
