Spirit Stores Gives Big Donation to Children's Hospital

The hospital was presented with more than $50,000 on Monday.

Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital was presented with a check from Spirit Stores for $52,305 on Feb. 6.

For the second year in a row, the Inland Empire Spirit Store locations hosted their annual “Spirit of Children” in-store fundraiser during the fall season to benefit LLUCH and Child Life Services. The total dollar amount is nearly double what they raised in 2010.

Randy Possinger, Executive Director of LLUCH Foundation expressed his gratitude for the company’s generous donation.

“We are so grateful to Spirit Stores and their contributions that ultimately benefit the kids at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital," he said. "Community partnerships such as this help create a positive impact on our ability to provide treatment to the precious lives that come to us for care.”
