Tonight's Loma Linda Tree Lighting to Kick Off Holiday Season

Residents are welcome to gather in front of the Loma Linda Civic Center to enjoy cookies and hot chocolate.

It’s that time of year in Loma Linda. City officials will officially welcome the holidays with an annual Tree Lighting ceremony at 5 tonight.

Residents are welcome to gather in front of the Loma Linda Civic Center 25541 Barton Road. The city planned to serve hot chocolate and cookies. There will be Christmas music.

In past years, the mean one Mr. Grinch has come by to try and interrupt the tree lighting. The children were encouraged to participate to chase the Grinch away allowing the lighting to proceed.
