Valentine's Day Art Show: Benefit

An art show to create awareness for organ and tissue donation, and for overall health, will benefit the organ transplant programs at Loma Linda University Medical Center. The “Be My Valentine” event is set for 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 14, at Classic Containers, 1700 S. Hellman Ave., Ontario, Calif. The show will feature artwork from amateur and professional artists, consisting of different media, including: paintings, drawings, mixed media, sculpture, jewelry, writings, music and hand crafts. Donated artwork will be sold and a silent auction of selected works will be held, with all proceeds benefiting the hospital, according to organizers.
