The Redlands office will work to offer the best services to voters in the eastern portions of the district, Miller's staff said in a statement.

"The Redlands campaign office is ideally situated to give a second place for voters to come and learn about my goals to create new jobs and to bring back a healthy economy to the Inland Empire," Miller said at Saturday's opening. "Here, voters and volunteers can come to discuss our community and to get involved in our campaign."

Other candidates, including Assemblyman Mike Morrell and San Bernardino County 3rd District Supervisor Neil Derry, and more than 50 volunteers were at the event, according to Miller's staff. San Bernardino County GOP Chairman Robert Rego moderated the event.

"Voters are ready to get to work towards a better Inland Empire and a return of economic prosperity after the past four years," Rego said. "We are thrilled to have another office in the 31st Congressional District dedicated to those goals."

The Redlands campaign office is open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week from now until Election Day, according to Miller's staff.
