NAIOP IE examines Moreno Valley commercial project

On Tuesday, April 1, NAIOP Inland Empire members will lead a panel discussion that will analyze the ins and outs of a large commercial real estate development project and lease transaction. This is a first in a series of Developing Leaders events the chapter will host to give emerging professionals in the region insight from real world experiences.

A panel of project leaders will examine the development – from inception to completion – of a 1.5 million square foot built-to-suit property in Moreno Valley being constructed by Panattoni Development Company. The panel will outline project analysis, process and strategy, and discuss the leasing transaction with the major Fortune-30 tenant that leased the property for 10 years. Attendees will learn specifics about how senior industry leaders conduct business and more about the nature of the local real estate market.

Panelists include Panattoni Senior Development Manager Jacob LeBlanc, HPA Architecture President Yong Nam, and representatives from other firms involved in the process. Steve Haston of Lee & Associates will serve as moderator.
