CLAREMONT VOODOO SOCIETY CASTS FINAL SPELL ON SUMMER WEDNESDAY
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif —The Claremont Voodoo Society will enchant concertgoers with their musical spell when they take the stage at California State University, San Bernardino on July 30 for the final Summer Wednesday concert of the year.
Blending folk, blues and gospel, the musical ensemble has appeared at the Hip Kitty, Eureka Burger, the Vault, the Folk Music Center, Mount Baldy Lodge and Dale Bros, a local brewery that serves a beer named after the band’s very own song titled “Pomona Queen.”
The group is purely a musical collective made of great musicians who play their own originals as well as obscure covers of gutbucket blues, rock and epic ballads in the manner of Van Morrison and Muddy Waters.
