San Bernardino, Calif. -- Cal State San Bernardino has named M. Monir Ahmed as the university’s new associate vice president for finance.

“We’re pleased to have Monir join the university. He has a significant record of financial accomplishments at UC Merced, having been part of the initial leadership team that built the university over the past several years,” Gardner said. “He has also developed and implemented several financial performance improvement initiatives and has served on several UC system-wide financial and IT committees.”
