Community Update

WARNING! DON"T RENT FROM THEM! Their customer service and business practices are not acceptable. We the renters are the reason they are in business and we get the worst treatment. My house has roaches left and right, and I complained about it from day 1 and they sent a pest guy to spray but that didn't help, he also told me that this specific complex always has roaches, but they are harmless and they don't seem to bother anyone else, so it's normal no need to get worked up about it. EXCUSE ME??? It's NOT normal to have roaches. I have NEVER shared a house with roaches. I was given a detailed review of their expectations as a renter, the house is to not have open holes on the wall when the cable is installed, don't put anything in the garbage disposal that would break it, make sure I cover all holes in the wall... etc... well I get my keys to move in, and guess what??? there's holes in the walls, the walls were not painted, there is alot of marks on the walls from furniture hitting and holes that were half covered, the stove was DIRTY and the fridge had mold in it, the garbage disposal doesn't work there was a huge water drip the tub and it was stained horribly, the closet door doesn't slide. I couldn't move it that day because I had to get them to find someone to clean, and it took the lady like 8 hours to get it all cleaned and did I mention I still had to pay for that extra day I had the key? Every time I call they are so RUDE, this place needs some major customer service training.

I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Complaint Against A Business/Company with the CA DOJ, City code inspectors and the Inland Fair Housing and Mediation Board.
