More Rain Still Possible Throughout Afternoon

The spring storm should clear out of the area by this evening, being replaced by temperatures in the 80s by the weekend.

The spring storm that passed through the area overnight brought about a quarter- to half-inch of rain to the region, with a chance for more precipitation this afternoon.

The National Weather Service says the area has a 30 percent chance of rain this afternoon. The high temperature, however, will remain a balmy 63 degrees.

Overnight, the storm should clear out, and we'll have lows around 48 degrees.

Tomorrow, the forecast calls for sunny skies, with highs around 75 degrees. Saturday, the sun should be back out in force, with highs climbing to to around 83 degrees.

According to National Weather Service measurements, the overnight rain totals in the area included: .38 inches in Devore, .47 at Cal State San Bernardino, .35 in Yucaipa, .26 in Riverside and .36 at March Field.
