"Gender Insanity" at Redlands Tea Party Patriots on June 6

A possible conservative candidate for governor and pro-family advocate will speak to the Redlands Tea Party Patriots at its monthly meeting on Thursday, June 6.

Tim Donnelly, a Big Bear-area state assemblyman, has launched an exploratory committee for California governor in 2014. Donnelly is a tea party favorite who electrifies audiences with his red-meat barbs.

Brad Dacus, president of the Pacific Justice Institute, fights anti-family legislation in Sacramento. The PJI also leads signature-gathering efforts to get anti-family laws onto statewide ballots. The Redlands Tea Party Patriots collected more than 1,200 signatures for PJI in 2012 to repeal SB48, which mandated pro-lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender indoctrination for all K-12 students in California.

The PJI is currently leading the fight against AB1266, which allows for girls and boys to mix sports teams, locker rooms and bathrooms. Parents and coaches cannot object. The group is also fighting SB323, which eliminates tax deductions for youth groups – including Girl Scouts, Little League, religious schools as well as the Boy Scouts – if they don’t comply with mandated LGBT values. We will also discuss the ongoing IRS Scandal targeting the tea party movement.

The meeting is scheduled for the Mill Creek Cattle Co., 1874 Mentone Blvd., Mentone, 92357. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with a no-host dinner.

The two-hour meeting begins at 7 p.m. The meeting is free and open to the public.
