Renee, how does one take off a profile picture? I've accidentally downloaded a picture of my niece's Christmas kitten. She is thrilled, however, I would like to give it another try. Take pity on the computer illiterate, please.

Hi Gene! Can you email me the email address that's associated with your account, and I can get it removed for you? Normally, people can do this themselves, but the sites are going through some upgrades and this has been an issue recently. I'll get it removed for you :) Email me at renee.schiavone@patch.com

Thank you, Renee, I shall do so. Perhaps the Patch could put in place an edit feature for users so they can change out photos themselves?

keeping the populace isolated is a technique used by cults charles, you're clinging to the corrupt form of journalism that contributed to our current economic problems... the news industry is no longer respected because it's not investigative or informative....and too often just a corrupt shell posing as a new source... the patch is the future of communications...it allows the people to share information themselves instead of waiting for their local journalist to do their jobs...
