Right of the People to Exist

You don't see the National Militia rounding up people in the neighborhood.  You won't see drone strikes on American citizens.  But, make no mistake about it, the people of the United States are under siege by their government.

There are laws in the U.S. that now enable the government to spy on its citizens, and round them up and exile them if necessary.  There are laws that have been made to specifically permit corporations to take advantage of economic liquidity events at the expense of people trying to make a living.  There are laws in the U.S. that protect lawmakers from reprisal after making these laws for the annihilation of the middle-class.  They are ATDP, NSSE, Patriot Act, DARPA, PIPA, SOPA, CISPA, OPEN, NDAA, NDRP, and GRABIF (Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act).  These are not the only laws to this effect.

Rules established in closed session have enabled the NSA to order wire taps of communication without warrant, the FBI has mandated vehicle black boxes with GPS locator data, militaristic deportation and drone strikes can be ordered on American citizens for undisclosed circumstances, and Homeland Security has now issued a purchase request for an extraordinary amount of bullets – enough for 5 per person.  None of these are legal by Constitutional standards.

The Constitution is framed so that the government is not permitted to oppress its people, and the people have the right to defend themselves against such government.  This premise is the basis for the Declaration of Independence and the laws that came out of the Court of Khisiarshu (Queen Esther).

The government is gearing up for something.  It is believed that corporations are preparing to take advantage of the American people and global economies when global oil peaks.  Economists have long predicted that easy oil will become most scarce between 2014 and 2018, but Kuwaiti scientists have recently shortened that range to just next year.  That scarcity could mean paying twice as much at the pump.

What does peak oil economics have to do with all these laws?  Simple: the bank bailout was only Step One toward bringing corporate rule.  Another planned economic crisis could be part of a greater plan to take out the middle-class.  But, they would need the force of law to quell any uprising in order to take full advantage of the downturn.  That is why these laws came into being.

One might say this is all speculation, bordering on tales of conspiracy.  Aside from the fact that this author is a contrary economist and fuel expert, and how there is documentation that shows a preponderance of the evidence, it would be unscholarly of me to not be willing to concede to that concern.  However, what is fact is how these laws have been lobbied for, specifically to the erasure of the rights and detriment of the American people.  That is undeniable.

The people are in jeopardy.  That is fact.  The plethora of laws that erode civil liberties could not have been all made by mistake.  It reveals careful planning and execution of action over time.  Matter of fact, these laws are contrary to Articles I, § 2, Par. 3, § 8, Last Par.; II, § 1, Last Par.; III, § 2, Par. 1 & 2; V; VI, Last Par.; and Amendments I; II; III; IV; V; VI; X; XIII; XIV § 4.  There can be no mistake: this is intentional.  Sure, it is speculation that this is in preparation for an economic event.  What is not speculation, is how this is a set-up for corporate rule in America.

So, what is being done now?  There is an extraordinary writ submitted to the Supreme Court in which details these egregious acts, and how the government cannot be authorized and simultaneously act against its oath in contempt for the Constitution.  In other words, the government is no longer the government when they collude with corporations for the destruction of the people.  The First Amendment ensures that the people hold their government accountable (grievance clause), and the Tenth Amendment ensures the people can take it back if need be.

At this point, the people are the authorized government of the Constitution, and the Supreme Court has no say in it because they, too, forfeited their duty.  The legal provisions of the writ are now in force and effect, rooted and grounded in authorized law of the Constitution.  Getting them to comply is another matter, but with no applicable federal law to restrict the people, protesting their authority and power to govern should be easy.
