Car Flips Over Side of Interstate 10
The car ended up in a ravine area of the Waterman Avenue exit of the freeway.
A white Honda that flipped over off an off-ramp Monday helped delay travelers going westbound on Interstate 10.
The California Higway Patrol received a call of the car over the side of the westbound offramp at Waterman Avenue in San Bernardino about 3:13 p.m., and it took officers and tow truck drivers about an hour to get the car righted, then pulled out of the ravine area by the retaining fence.
Cars exiting the ramp were not delayed, but it was the start point of a backup on the 10, as rush hour traffic started.
