Investigators Seek Help to Identify Woman Found Dead on Highland Ave

She was described as a white adult female, appearing to be in her 30s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 185 pounds, coroner's investigators said.

The coroner was seeking help Wednesday from the public to identify a woman who was found deceased Tuesday morning in the 1100 block of East Highland Avenue in San Bernardino, north of Redlands and Loma Linda.

The cause of the woman's death was not disclosed. She was found near Perris Hill Park.

She was described as a white adult female, appearing to be in her 30s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 185 pounds, coroner's investigators said.

"The female was found wearing black jeans, black sleeveless shirt, black and white slipper boots, and tan and black striped knit gloves," investigators said. "There is a tattoo on the right ankle consisting of blue, red, yellow, triangles completing a band around the ankle. A photograph of the tattoo is available."
