Police were called to the Déjà Vu club shortly before 1 a.m. Monday Sept. 24 and found a man bleeding and unconscious in the club bathroom, a city spokesman said.

A fight was reported at a Redlands strip club early Monday and police found a man bleeding and unconscious in a bathroom, a city spokesman said.

Another man was arrested near the club on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, Redlands spokesman Carl Baker said.

Police were called to the Déjà Vu Erotic Ultra Lounge at 1331 W. Colton Ave. shortly before 1 a.m. Sept. 24, Baker said.

Officers "found a 28-year-old man in the bathroom of the club, bleeding from the back of his head where he had struck a wall, damaging the tile, and been knocked temporarily unconscious," Baker said.

Paramedics treated the victim at the scene, Baker said. He was transported to a local hospital for additional treatment.

Police and a Sheriff's Department helicopter crew searched the neighborhood and found the suspect near Redlands Boulevard and Tennessee Street, Baker said.

Bradford William Barling, 26, was arrested and booked at Central Detention Center in San Bernardino on $50,000 bail, Baker said. Barling was released early Tuesday, according to inmate records.

Déjà Vu bills itself as a "blue and white collar tender trap" that features "some of the West Coast's Finest topless entertainers, seven fun-filled days a week."

The business touts a full bar, full kitchen, main stage, "several steamy VIPs" and a Champagne Room.
