Man Arrested on Suspicion of Stealing Video Cameras, Outstanding Warrants

Steven Phillip Zoll, 45, of Yucaipa, was held without bail Saturday at Central Detention Center in San Bernardino, according to inmate records.

A man was held behind bars Saturday on suspicion of stealing video cameras from a Yucaipa senior center and a dental office in Yucaipa, according to sheriff's officials.

The video cameras were taken on an unspecified date from Scherer Senior Center, in the 12200 block of 1st Street, and from Dendinger Dental, in the 12000 block of 4th Street, Yucaipa Station personnel said in a statement.

Steven Phillip Zoll, 45, of Yucaipa, was arrested on suspicion of theft of the video cameras and outstanding warrants, Thursday Jan. 10 at an apartment in the 35000 block of Avenue B, according to deputies and inmate records.

Zoll has prior convictions for previous theft charges, deputies said. The stolen video cameras had not been recovered. He was booked at Central Detention Center in San Bernardino, where he remained Saturday Jan. 12. He was held without bail.
