Man Fatally Shot on Tippecanoe Avenue
Gary Kent Bullock, 50, of San Bernardino, was found with 'apparent gunshot wounds' and was pronounced deceased at a local hospital about 4 a.m. Aug. 27, according to the Sheriff's Department.
A man was shot dead on Tippecanoe Avenue three miles north of Loma Linda early Monday, and detectives were seeking the shooter, the Sheriff's Department reported.
At 3:07 a.m. Aug. 27, Central Station deputies responded to a report of "shots heard" in the area of Tippecanoe south 4th Street, according to the Sheriff's Department.
"Upon arrival, deputies located a black male adult lying in the roadway suffering from apparent gunshot wounds," a Sheriff's Department statement said. "The victim was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced deceased at approximately 4:00 a.m."

The deceased man was identified as Gary Kent Bullock, 50, of San Bernardino.
