The child's father went looking for the girl through the complex. As he approached a neighbor's apartment he saw his daughter through a window, said Carl Baker, spokesman with the Redlands Police Department.

The father walked into the apartment and found his daughter and Giberson naked, police officials. The father left the apartment and called police.

Giberson is scheduled to return to San Bernardino Superior Court on Aug. 19 for a pre-preliminary hearing.
