Redlands Firefighters Don Pink T-shirts for Breast Cancer Awareness

Redlands Firefighters will swap their blue T-shirts for pink ones during the month of October in recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Redlands Firefighters will swap their blue T-shirts for pink ones during the month of October in recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  

But the T-shirts aren't just for Firefighters.

The public can also purchase a Redlands Fire Department pink T-shirt starting Oct. 1 at the Redlands Fire Administration office.  The offices are located at 35 Cajon St. in downtown RedlandsSuite 12.  

The T-shirts are available in both a men’s and women’s cut, sizes small through XXL. The cost of the shirt is $20 with all profits going to Stater Bros. Charities and Inland Women Fighting Cancer, presenters of the 2013 Believe Walk.

This marks the fourth year Redlands Firefighters have worn pink T-shirts through the month of October.  Each year the Redlands Firefighters Association purchases the pink T-shirts with money donated from members.  

All profits from the sales of the T-shirts go directly to the Stater Bros. Charities and Inland Women Fighting Cancer.  The Pink T-shirts are available for purchase Monday through Thursday.  For additional information, please call (909) 798-7600.
