Redlands Police Seek Female Robbery Suspect

A woman is wanted in Monday's strong-arm robbery of a Chevron service station.

A woman jumped over a service station counter and forced the clerk to open a cash register during a robbery Monday.

The suspect, described as a black female between 25 and 30 years old, entered the Chevron station at 1580 W. Redlands Blvd. about 9 p.m. Monday, according to a Redlands Police news release.

She then physically forced the clerk to open the cash register before escaping east on Colton Avenue newer Chevrolet Suburban with tinted windows and shiny rims.

The suspect was described as being between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-8, between 115 and 125 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and bad or missing teeth. She was seen wearing grey skinny jeans with a jeweled design, and a teal hooded sweatshirt with black stripes.
