San Bernardino Police Respond to Shooting Call, 29-Year-Old Man Dies

Police responded just before 2 a.m. Saturday to the area of Foothill Boulevard and Meridian Avenue in west San Bernardino and found the victim in a parking lot on Foothill, according to the coroner.

Police in west San Bernardino responded to a shooting call early Saturday and found a man with trauma, and firefighters pronounced him dead at the scene, according to a coroner's report.

Police responded just before 2 a.m. Saturday to the area of Foothill Boulevard and Meridian Avenue and found Isaiah Brutus, 29, of San Bernardino with trauma in a parking lot at 2652 W. Foothill Blvd., according to the coroner.

Firefighters from the city of San Brrnardino pronounced Brutus dead at the scene. San Bernardino police were investigating.
