SB Councilman Facing Legal Woes
The councilman is scheduled to face a judge today on a serious charge.
A councilman for the neighboring city of San Bernardino will be arraigned on a perjury charge, San Bernardino County District Attorney officials announced this morning.
Few details were immediately released. In a news release issued just after 9 a.m., DA officials said only that the councilman was facing one charge of perjury and was scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. today.
Kelley is running for mayor of San Bernardino. The city, which borders Loma Linda and Redlands has its impact on both.
