SB DA Honors Fallen Officers by Reposting Touching Video
The video was first posted last year on Youtube. It is again featured on the DA's website following the death of San Bernardino County Sheriff's deputy Jeremiah MacKay.
In light of the recent loss of San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputy Jeremiah MacKay and in honor of all the law-enforcement officials lost in the line of duty, the county’s District Attorney’s office has reposted a video homage to fallen officers.
MacKay, fatally shot Feb. 12 in a confrontation with disgraced former Los Angeles Police Officer Christopher Dorner. The deputy was involved in a shootout with Dorner east of Angelus Oaks. He was the second law enforcement officer killed by Dorner.
The DA’s office staff produced the video. It shows images of memorials held to honor the men and women who have given their lives. The video is meant to honor county law-officials from the Inland Empire.
