Student Found Dead on Local University Campus

The student's name has not been released but officials said he may have died of natural causes.

A 56-year-old Cal State San Bernardino student was found dead in his campus residence hall from what appears to have been natural causes, according to university authorities.

Campus police found the student about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. He was in his Arrowhead Village room and was unresponsive at the time, officials said. The death is under investigation but police said there was no evidence of foul play.

The student’s name was not released, pending notification of his family.
