Suspects Sought in Home Invasion Robbery

Redlands police are investigating the incident which happened early Wednesday morning.

Detectives in Redlands are investigating a home invasion robbery from Wednesday morning in which one resident was assaulted and a second tied up.

The robbery occurred in the 200 block of Crescent Avenue. Police said the robbers forced their way into the home through an unlocked door and assaulted one resident and tied up another. They then ransacked the home and fled with money and electronics, officials said.

No vehicle was seen.

The suspects are described as two dark-skinned males, either Hispanic or black, both about 5-feet-9, with athletic builds. Both men wore dark clothing and at least one was armed, officials said.

Police ask anyone with additional information to call Detective Frank Rocha at (909) 798-7580 or Redlands Police Dispatch at (909) 798-7681. Anonymous tips can be provided by texting 274637 using the keyword “REDTIP.”
