Two Arrested During Bicycle Sting Operation
The operation was prompted by a rash of thefts.
Two men were arrested Oct. 8 following a bicycle theft sting operation in Loma Linda.
Isaac Cruz, 43, and Paul Minnis, 55, were arrested by Loma Linda Police on various charges including of grand theft, possession of stolen property, conspiracy and for probation violations, according to a sheriff’s news release.
A string of bicycle thefts prompted the operation, officials said. This was the second such operation held in the city. More are planned.
