Calvin, a 9-year-old male Red Pomerania mix, will be the Redlands Animal Shelter star of the City Council meeting on Tuesday Sept. 4.
Calvin is neutered and available for adoption, according to shelter spokeswoman Cheryl Williams.
The council meeting is scheduled to start at 5 p.m. Sept. 4 at 35 Cajon St.
Since Aug. 7, 76 dogs and 42 cats have been adopted from the shelter, Williams said.
The current shelter population as of Tuesday morning was 57 dogs and 87 cats, Williams said.
