Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Recognizes 2 Redlands Brokers

Two Redlands brokers with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate have been named among the company's top producing brokers for 2011, a spokesman for the corporation announced this week.

Rick Lazar, president of Coldwell Banker Lazar & Associates in Redlands, and Spencer Hull, vice president of that office, each received the "Top Two Commercial Elite Award" from Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate, according to the announcement.

The annual awards recognize brokers with Coldwell Banker who rank among its top two percent for overall gross commissions earned in transactions. About 50 agents were recognized for their work last year.

"Working as a team, Lazar and Hull completed nearly 225,000 square feet of office and industrial transactions . . . last year in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, including a 52,000-square-foot office sale involving the San Bernardino County Board of Education and deals of 32,000 square feet involving Loma Linda University and 25,500 square feet with San Bernardino County," a Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate statement said.

"Counting office, industrial and other transactions, Lazar and Hull between them completed about $25 million worth of transactions," the statement said. "That figure includes deals they did individually as well as ones they did together."
