Redlands Area Democratic Club Announces Monthly Meeting, Speaker
The meeting will take place Nov. 17 and feature speaker Gloria Macias Harrison.
The Redlands Area Democratic Club's November meeting will feature speaker Gloria Macias Harrison, who was elected to the San Bernardino Community College Board of Trustees.
The meeting will begin at 1 p.m. Nov. 17 at Napoli Restaurant in Loma Linda. Lunch and a social hour will precede the meeting at noon.
Harrison recently retired as the president of Crafton Hills College and is the founded of the Inland Empire Community Newspapers in 1969.
The club will also celebrate its victories in the 2012 election. Six democrats were elected to represent the Inland area in state and federal legislative offices, according to a press release.
