All people are welcome to attend this 9/11 ceremony. It will include San Bernadino's four Rotary Clubs, Police Department, Fire Department, and Public Service Academy. The Riverside Memorial Honor Detail will perform "Taps," the Symphony Jeuniesse perform an original composition called “Remembrance” written by Sarah Elizabeth Gibson, who will also accompany on piano. A special welcome will be presented by Mayor Patrick J. Morris.
