Redlands-Loma Linda Area Had 109 July Foreclosure Properties: RealtyTrac

California was number one in the nation in July for foreclosure activity counts, with more 42,000, or one in every 325 housing units, according to RealtyTrac.

There were more than 100 foreclosure properties in the Redlands and Loma Linda zip code areas in the month of July 2012, according to records compiled by RealtyTrac.

In Redlands zip codes 92373 and 92374, there were 82 foreclosure properties, or one in every 351 housing units, and in Loma Linda zip code 92354 there were 27 foreclosure properties, or one in every 318 housing units, according to RealtyTrac.

San Bernardino County ranked third-highest in California in July for default notices, auction sale notices, and bank repossessions, according to Irvine-based RealtyTrac.

There were 3,603 foreclosure properties in San Bernardino County in July, or one for every 194 housing units, according to RealtyTrac.
