Mother, Daughter Facing Insurance Fraud Charges

San Bernardino County DA investigators say the Riverside women forged time cards and were paid for multiple jobs at the same time.

A mother and daughter from Riverside were charged with insurance fraud by the San Bernardino County District Attorney's office for services provided to a Redlands man last March.

Theresa Forrest, 46, and Monique Forrest, 24, were both hired to provide caregiver services to a man injured in an industrial accident. While the claimant was found to be acting within all state and local laws, investigators found that the Forrests were in violation of several laws.

The investigation found that the mother and daughter were compensated from other jobs at the same date and time as they claimed they were providing services to the Redlands man. Investigators believe that several of the time cards submitted by the duo were forged.
