Free Limited Dental Care Offered by Loma Linda University on Jan. 13

A limited number of patients will be seen on a first-come-first-served basis, a university spokesman said. Procedures provided may be a cleaning, a filling, or an extraction.

The Loma Linda University School of Dentistry will offer free limited dental care during the 23rd "Clinic With A Heart" on Sunday, Jan. 13.

A limited number of patients will be seen on a first-come-first-served basis, a university spokesman said. Procedures provided may be a cleaning, a filling, or an extraction.

Registration begins at 6:30 a.m. Jan. 13 and will conclude when all patient care times are filled, Herbert Atienza of Loma Linda University said. The clinic will be held at LLU Prince Hall, 11092 Anderson St., Loma Linda.

"No crowns, root canals, or dentures will be performed," Atienza said. "Children under 18 will not be treated without an accompanying parent or legal guardian who must remain with the child the entire time care is being provided."
