Thunderstorms late Thursday night and early Friday morning produced heavy rainfall in some areas with amounts between two-thirds of an inch to more than 2 inches in a short period of time, according to the Weather Service.

A flash flood watch for an area including Redlands, Loma Linda and the San Bernardino Mountains was expected to remain in effect through 11 p.m. Friday.
