Redlands Residents Plan Forest Festival Saturday at Barton Flats Visitor Center

The event is scheduled 10 a.m. to to 4:30 p.m. Saturday Aug. 18, about 30 miles northeast of Redlands and Loma Linda.

Live music, local artists and cross-cut saw demonstrations are part of the Forest Festival this Saturday at Barton Flats Visitor Center, organizers in Redlands said.

The event is scheduled 10 a.m. to to 4:30 p.m. Saturday Aug. 18, about 30 miles northeast of Redlands and Loma Linda in the San Bernardino National Forest.

Organizers include the San Gorgonio Wilderness Association, the Wildlands Conservancy, Forest Service Volunteers and the Forest Service.

Barton Flats Visitor Center is off Highway 38, about 10 miles past Angelus Oaks, past the Jenks Lake Road West turnoff.
