Loma Linda's Little League Plays Ball!

The league celebrates the start of the youth baseball and softball season.

Several hundred families, players, coaches and dignitaries packed Loma Linda's Baseball Park to officially celebrate the start of Loma Linda Little League's season.

Mayor Rhodes Rigsby, San Bernardino-Loma Linda Crossroads Rotary President Carolyn Hays and a representative for San Manuel Band of Mission Indians Tribal Chairman James Ramos threw out the first pitches.

Loma Linda has already started playing, but held ceremonies today to avoid scheduling conflicts.
