City of Loma Linda Administration

The Loma Linda Administration Department fulfills administrative, personnel and risk-management functions of the city. Services include citizens' assistance, public information and employment opportunities.  T. Jarb Thaipejr serves as city manager. His primary focus is to attract new retail and high-tech industrial development to boost the city's sales and property tax revenues and provide new employment opportunities for residents. Pamela Byrnes-O'Camb is city clerk, and Richard Holdaway is city attorney.
